By accessing or using MedeRoundPro (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Platform.

2. Use of the Platform

MedeRoundPro is a clinical learning management system designed for medical professionals. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Platform in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its related systems.
• Share your account credentials with any third party.

3. Medical Disclaimer

The content available on MedeRoundPro, including AI-generated questions and evaluations, is intended solely for educational purposes. It does not constitute medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your supervising physician or qualified healthcare provider for clinical decisions.

4. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MedeRoundPro and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of MedeRoundPro.

5. AI-Generated Content

MedeRoundPro uses artificial intelligence to generate clinical questions and evaluations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. Faculty and institutional administrators are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before assigning it to trainees. MedeRoundPro accepts no liability for clinical decisions based on AI-generated content.

6. Privacy & Data

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including HIPAA where applicable. Institutional data is kept confidential and is not shared with third parties without consent.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MedeRoundPro, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
